The operators of the Active Citizens Fund Bulgaria (Workshop for Civil Initiatives Foundation, Open Society Institute – Sofia, and “Trust for Social Alternative” Foundation), in collaboration with the operators of the Active Citizens Fund Lithuania and Slovakia, have launched a joint initiative called NEXT GEN to support the next generation of civil society leaders in the three countries. Our goal is to provide support for the development of active young people, to provide them with resources to enhance their knowledge and skills, and to give them the opportunity to exchange experiences.

To achieve the goals of the initiative, the operator for Bulgaria has decided to create an interactive, user-friendly, bilingual educational platform (howto.ngo) to serve as a reliable source of educational materials for capacity building among representatives of civil organizations in the three countries.

The Howto.ngo platform offers a variety of useful educational materials and documents for improving knowledge and skills, both for current and future representatives of non-governmental organizations.
